西川煤矿厚煤层综放开采顶板破断特征及支护阻力确定

Characteristics of Roof Failure and Support Resistance Determination of Thick Coal Seam Fully Mechanized Caving in Xichuan Coal Mine

摘要: 以西川煤矿1109综放工作面生产技术条件为工程背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析与现场实测相结合,研究了综放开采顶板破断特征及其影响因素以及工作面支护阻力的确定。研究表明,1109综放工作面上位直接顶的周期性破断导致工作面来压,影响其周期性破断的主要因素为上位直接顶岩层厚度以及覆岩压力|工作面支护阻力主要由上位直接顶周期垮落步距、支架控顶距、附加力作用位置以及下位直接顶对上位直接顶作用力距煤壁距离确定,并计算得出了1109工作面合理的支护阻力。现场实测表明:ZF6400/17/32型液压支架工作阻力满足顶板支护要求,能够有效支撑顶板,保证工作面安全生产。

Abstract: With numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field measurement applied,the characteristics of roof failure and its influence factor and determination of support resistance of face during fully mechanized caving were studied, which the engineering background is 1109 fully mechanized caving face production technology in Xichuan coal mine. Research shows that upper immediate roof of 1109 fully mechanized caving face periodically breaking lead to face weighting, and the main factors that influence upper immediate roof periodically breaking were upper immediate roof thickness and overburden weighting. The main factors that determination working resistance of support were upper immediate roof periodic caving span and support face wideth and additional force acting position and the force of lower immediate roof to upper immediate roof away from the coal wall. And it calculated the reasonable resistance of support of 1109 fully mechanized caving face. Field measurement show that ZF6400/17/32-type hydraulic support working resistance could meet the requirements of roof supporting,and could effectively support roof, and ensure face safety production.
